- A valid cinema ticket is required for entry to any screening..
- Children under 3 years old are not permitted inside the cinema.
- Children under 12 years old are not allowed in Premiere screenings.
Prohibited Inside the Cinema
To ensure the best experience for all guests, the following are not allowed within the cinema premises:
- Outside food and beverages.
- Smoking of cigarettes or e-cigarettes.
- Any form of recording, including filming and photography.
Inside the Auditorium
For the comfort of all guests, please follow these guidelines:
- Silence your mobile phones and refrain from using them during the movie.
- Do not place your feet on the seats or engage in any disruptive behavior.
Scene Cinemas' Rights
Scene Cinemas reserves the right to:
- Request identification to verify age for movies with age restrictions or eligibility for discounts.
- Deny ticket sales to individuals who do not meet the required age rating, even if accompanied by an adult.
- Refuse admission to children under 3 years old, even for family-friendly films, regardless of whether they are seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.
