Are children allowed in the cinema?
Children are welcome at Scene Cinemas throughout the day.
Please note that starting from 9 PM, children under the age of 4 are not permitted. Additionally,
the Premiere theater does not admit children under 12 at any time during the day.
Do you have parking?
District 5 offers its guests free outdoor parking areas. We have a parking lot located right behind
the cinema for easier access
What is the minimum age required to purchase a ticket?
All children above 4 years of age are required to purchase a ticket.
Do you have a kid's area in the cinema?
Currently, there is no designated kids' area at Scene Cinemas
Are subtitles available?
Subtitles are available only for English-language films; there are no English subtitles provided for
Arabic movies.
Is it permitted to bring your own food at Scene Cinemas?
Food from outside the cinema is not allowed, however, you can choose from a variety of options
from Scene Cinemas’ dine-in restaurant or our wide selection of concession items
What is your refund and exchange policy?
It is against cinema policies to exchange or refund tickets. All reservations are final as per the
terms and conditions that pop up on the screen when you make the reservation.
How can I purchase a ticket?
Customers can purchase tickets online through our website or directly at the box office inside
Scene Cinemas. We also offer the option of booking your tickets through the self-ticketing
machine located in our facility.
What happens if I buy tickets for someone else? Can they pick up the tickets if I’m not there?
Yes, the person for whom you bought the ticket can use the printed or email confirmation as a
ticket.
What are your operating hours?
Our theaters open 30 minutes prior to the first showtime (10:00am) and closes 30 minutes after
the last showtime (3:00am).
Do you have a lost and found?
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. Lost items are given to local authorities
as per legal requirements.
When are movie showtimes updated?
Showtimes are shared no later than every Wednesday of each week based on availability and
are subject to change.
Do I have to purchase 3D glasses for 3D movies?
Yes, 3D glasses are for extra fees and can be purchased at Scene Cinemas’ box office or ticket
counter.
How many tickets can I book online?
Customers can only book a maximum of 10 tickets at a time.
How can I book a cinema hall for a private event?
Please email our marketing department with details about the event scale of production or size
of group.
What is the minimum age for entry?
The minimum age for entry varies depending on the rating of the movie. We recommend
checking the movie's rating on our website before booking your ticket.
It is important to note that it is illegal for minors to enter restricted (R-rated) movies, even when
accompanied by parents. Identification may be requested to verify age.
